Shipping Policy
We offer free domestic shipping and we ship worldwide using Fedex with full insurance and delivery confirmation on all orders.
The items are carefully and professionally packaged to guarantee your product arrives safely.
Most orders are processed within one business day of cleared payment. Custom orders and personalized items might take up to
30-days to ship. Depending on the order design. If an online order is placed Sunday or Monday, it ship the following Tuesday.
Per our insurance policy we do not publicly share tracking numbers but can track the package on your behalf and let you know
the date of delivery.
For international buyers, please note customs duties are not included in the item's price for more information on import taxes, contact your local customs office.

Return & Exchange Policy
Orcas Jewelry encourages all buyers to be sure of the item prior to purchase. Please ask any questions, we are very glad and excited to help. We will honor returns within 48 hours of receiving the item only if the product is not as described. Please note any returns International are the responsibility of the buyer.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized items.
we will notify you once we're received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within five (5) business days if approved.
